A delegation of experts from TKElevator and a supplier development team visited the Haian Shatka factory

On June 20, 2024, the TKE supply chain team, together with Stefan, an expert from the TKElevator High-Speed Elevator Division, and Li Renlie, the director of the elevator motor factory, went to Hai'an to visit the STK Hai'an factory under CSTK (hereinafter referred to as CSTK). CSTK was received by Huang Jianzhou, the director of the Hai'an factory, Hua Guo, the chief technical engineer, Du Hang, the person in charge of the quality system, and Xiao Youzhuan, the chief consultant of the Engineer Creation Center, and accompanied them to visit the factory workshop and quality inspection laboratory. The two sides had an in-depth exchange on the topics of casting development, production process and quality management, and discussed the possibility of in-depth cooperation in the future.

During the visit, CSTK showed the delegation the full process service of customized casting production, from the coordination of casting product design and casting process development to the production, heat treatment, machining and quality inspection of castings. CSTK demonstrated the model of providing customers with integrated supply chain and one-stop service.

The TKE team recognized CSTK's CAE digital design and mold flow analysis capabilities, and observed the casting non-destructive testing technology (UT) and product scanning digital comparison technology (GOM comparison), and highly praised CSTK's digital professional application.

This visit laid a solid foundation for CSTK and TKElevator to develop a strategic partnership and created the possibility for future joint progress. In the process of cooperation with TKElevator, CSTK will continue to learn, strive to improve its casting capabilities, take technological innovation as the driving force for the improvement of casting technology, contribute to the development of the casting and elevator industries, and realize the mission of "making castings a booster for advanced manufacturing."
