Casteks Metal Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Casteks) was founded in 2013 by a group of team members who had worked in senior management of leading companies in various industries around the world. They have rich modern management experience and industry-leading technical support. With a deep understanding of the application of advanced casting equipment manufacturing industry and enthusiasm for future technological innovation, they officially took over the overall management of Suzhou Casting Factory and its holding subsidiary Suzhou Sateka Casting Co., Ltd. (now named Sateka Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "STK") in 2019.

Suzhou Casting Factory was established in 1965. In 1995, it jointly established Suzhou Sateka Casting Co., Ltd. (STK) with Sodick, TOWA and Kanematsu KGK of Japan. It has long served as the chairman unit of Suzhou Casting Association and has played a vital role in the development of the casting industry in Suzhou and even Jiangsu. Thanks to nearly 60 years of development, STK has strong and professional casting production and technology development capabilities, and has accumulated a deep reputation in the foundry industry.

Casteks and STK teams have successfully combined modern management concepts with industry professional experience. The company has a high-quality and professional technical team, including more than 30 technical R&D and management personnel, including 4 people with master's degrees or above (3 EMBAs), 4 people with middle and senior engineer titles, and 4 senior technicians. It has 30+ patents, and its subsidiary Shatka Technology has been selected as a national high-tech enterprise. The company has a new marketing center, an engineer innovation center (technical middle platform) and a supply chain management center. It serves customers and factories with the concept of "innovation and practice in parallel" and has established the Casteks casting customer service process, enabling the company to provide customers with full-process services from product design, development to production and delivery to meet the diverse needs of customers. At present, the company has three self-owned foundries (Haian Shatka Technology, Ningguo Bio, Changzhou Shatka Precision Technology), with an annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan.
