Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and design new product processes and molds, produce samples, and obtain customer approval
2. Develop and implement product process documents and process control documents
3. Ensure the implementation of product processes and procedures through on-site training, guidance, supervision, and other methods, and promptly identify and improve problems discovered during on-site production processes
4. Analyze production data, continuously improve processes, enhance quality and production efficiency
5. Guide defect recording, analyze defect data, propose short-term and long-term solutions, and guide relevant departments to ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
6. Cooperate with the quality department to handle customer complaints, analyze and solve problems
7. Establish and improve the quality control system and its related standards and documents together with the quality department
8. Participate in technical discussions and decisions within the department< 9. Other daily work and other arrangements.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, major in casting or metal materials, with years of practical experience in cast iron product process design
2. Strong sense of responsibility, research spirit, constantly exploring the essence of things, solving problems, and delivering results
3. Possess quality knowledge and willing to improve quality through quality tools and data
4. Proficient in using casting simulation software, 3D design software, and commonly used operating systems and office software such as Windows and OFFICE, with good English proficiency preferred
5. Possess strong communication, coordination, and stress resistance abilities
6. Have project management experience; Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain customer relationships and understand customer needs; as an important window for communication between customers and the company, maintain good and smooth communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and facilitate business success.
(1) Establish detailed customer profile information, strive for and urge customer orders, and maintain existing orders.
(2) Obtain customer orders and accurate customer demand information, and form document management, including but not limited to order information in the ERP system.
(3) Follow up the order delivery process, do a good job of process control, form a positive interaction with customers and product delivery departments, and ultimately promote the success of the company's sales goals.
(4) Reply to customer emails, QQ, WeChat and other information in a timely manner to reach sales intentions.
(5) Handle abnormal information during the delivery process, including but not limited to customer complaints, product quality abnormalities, etc.
2. Timely payment collection;
(1) After the order is delivered, reconcile with the customer in a timely manner, issue invoices, and track the payment collection.
3. Arrange shipment;
(1) Track and coordinate the factory's shipment progress, arrange the transportation of goods, notify customers to receive and inspect the goods, and track the information. Provide information feedback to relevant internal functions.
4. Other matters assigned by the leader.
Job requirements
1. Proficient in using common office software: Word, Excel, PPT, preferably ERP
2. Bachelor degree or above, regardless of gender, English CET-6 (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing)/Japanese N2
3. No major limit (international trade, marketing majors are preferred);
4. Have international trade experience;
5. Strong communication and coordination skills
6. Result-oriented, responsible, self-driven, and have data analysis skills
